for an overseas retail brand. The full set of illuminated 3D letters was designed for exterior storefront installation, 

creating a unified and high-visibility brand display system for commercial retail environments.

This project includes both main brand lettering and coordinated decorative strip elements. All components are manufactured 

using brushed stainless steel housings, ensuring a consistent metallic texture and long-term durability for outdoor applications.

To match the client’s brand identity, we applied a dual-color acrylic lighting design:
milky white acrylic for the main logo letters and solid red acrylic for the decorative elements. This combination delivers 

strong visual contrast during both daytime appearance and nighttime illumination, significantly improving storefront recognition.

Precision Fabrication of Stainless Steel Channel Letters
Each channel letter is fabricated from high-quality 304 stainless steel, widely used in commercial architectural signage 

due to its excellent corrosion resistance and structural stability.

The production process includes laser cutting, CNC bending, and seamless welding to form a fully enclosed metal structure. 

This sealed construction ensures strong waterproof performance and resistance to rust, making the signage suitable for 

long-term outdoor exposure in rain, humidity, and coastal climates.

Inside each letter, energy-efficient low-voltage LED modules are evenly distributed to produce a soft, uniform front illumination 

with no visible hotspots or dark shadow areas. This ensures a professional and balanced lighting effect for retail storefront branding.

Full System Lighting Test and Quality Inspection
Before shipment, the entire signage system is fully assembled in our workshop for a 100% lighting test and aging inspection.
