Buoyant Sign has recently completed the production of 500 custom stainless steel A-frame signs 

for a retail chain customer in the United States. Designed for long-term commercial use, 

the project includes multiple color options, including burgundy, white, and black, 

providing flexible branding solutions for different store locations and promotional campaigns.

Each sign was manufactured with a fixed non-folding structure and a finished size of 80 × 40 cm. 

Compared with traditional folding sidewalk signs, the rigid welded construction offers improved stability, 

making it suitable for high-traffic commercial environments where durability and long service life are essential.

The signs were fabricated from stainless steel and finished with a high-quality powder-coated surface. 

This combination provides excellent resistance to corrosion, scratches, and weather exposure 

while maintaining a clean and professional appearance. The smooth powder-coated finish also 

helps ensure color consistency across large production quantities.

During production, every sign underwent precision laser cutting, metal forming, welding, 

surface preparation, and powder coating before final inspection. Buoyant Sign's manufacturing team
