This week, our workshop finalised fabrication for a custom stainless steel A-frame signage project for our commercial client. 

The client was seeking premium portable pavement signs with a refined metallic texture to 

fit their high-end venue design, and standard off-the-shelf plastic or iron options failed to meet their vision.

Brushed stainless steel was selected for this project for its inherent premium texture, scratch resistance 

and excellent outdoor corrosion resistance. The client required multiple metallic tones, including champagne gold 

and dark brown brushed finishes, to coordinate with their building facade and interior design scheme. 

Our team completed precision bending, edge treatment and professional surface colouring 

on stainless steel sheets, with strict visual checks to ensure the brushed grain remains uniform across the whole batch.

Every A-frame unit was inspected in our workshop for panel flatness, structural stability and colour consistency 

before packing. These blank A-boards will be shipped to the client, who will add branding, directional graphics 

or promotional content locally after receipt. The self-standing structure supports flexible placement at entrances, 

courtyards and event areas.

For architects and commercial fit-out partners, one major challenge with metallic signage is keeping texture 

and colour consistent across multiple pieces. Since we complete all metal forming, brushing 

and surface finishing in-house, we avoid colour deviation and uneven grain issues common 

with outsourced processing. This allows us to faithfully execute delicate custom metallic signage designs.
