company name, and authorized dealer information. Its clean rectangular structure and carefully arranged graphic elements 

create a professional appearance for business branding.

Cut-Through Lettering and Integrated LED Illumination

The front panel incorporates precision-cut light-transmitting areas for the lettering and graphic elements. Integrated LED light sources 

illuminate the designated sections, creating a clear visual contrast between the illuminated and non-illuminated states.

As shown in the finished product photos, the sign presents two distinct appearances: a clean, unlit display and an illuminated effect 

with bright lettering. This lighting design helps enhance brand visibility and makes key information stand out.

Metal Fabrication and Surface Finishing

The custom metal enclosure is manufactured through a series of fabrication processes, including metal cutting, bending, 

welding, surface grinding, and white coating.

After fabrication and finishing, the LED components are integrated into the enclosure for final assembly and lighting inspection. 

Both the appearance and illumination are checked before the product is ready for delivery.
