Custom Illuminated Storefront Sign Project Completed

Buoyant Sign has recently completed a custom illuminated 3D channel letter signage project for a retail tea brand “TEA STUDIO”. 

The project features a combination of geometric logo elements and illuminated dimensional lettering, designed to create a clean

The signage system was fully manufactured and tested in our production workshop, including lighting assembly, structural installation, 

and final illumination inspection before shipment.

Every signage unit is produced through a strict manufacturing process in our factory. 

After CNC laser cutting of acrylic and metal components, each letter is assembled by hand in our workshop. 

Waterproof LED modules are installed inside each structure with precise spacing to ensure consistent brightness 

across the entire sign.

Our technicians then perform full lighting tests in-house, checking illumination uniformity, wiring stability, and structural alignment. 

Any adjustments are completed before final packaging to ensure the signage arrives ready for installation.
