In this project, Buoyant Sign delivered a set of custom front-lit 3D building signs for a BYD flagship dealership, 

designed to reflect the brand’s clean, modern aesthetic while ensuring long-term durability in an outdoor environment.

Front-Lit 3D Letters for Maximum Visibility
The signage solution features large-scale, front-lit 3D letters forming the BYD logo, 

installed across two facades of the dealership building to maximize visibility from multiple viewing angles.

Each letter is engineered to deliver both strong visual impact and consistent illumination, 

making the signage clearly recognizable from a distance, both day and night.

Premium Materials and Clean Illumination
Each letter is constructed with a brushed stainless steel side frame, combined with a high-transmittance frosted acrylic face. 

This structure allows light to diffuse evenly across the surface, eliminating hotspots and creating a smooth, uniform glow.

The result is a refined lighting effect that enhances the brand’s premium positioning while maintaining excellent readability.

Brand-Accurate Design Execution
The BYD logo is reproduced with precise proportions and clean edge detailing, ensuring full alignment with official brand standards.

A cool white LED lighting system was selected to match BYD’s modern, technology-driven identity. During the day, the stainless steel returns 

provide a subtle metallic finish; at night, the illuminated faces transform the signage into a bright and eye-catching focal point.

Engineered for Outdoor Performance

As a permanent exterior installation, the signage is built to withstand a wide range of environmental conditions.

The system incorporates IP65-rated LED modules, weather-sealed construction, and corrosion-resistant materials. 

These features ensure reliable performance under prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, and temperature changes, 

while maintaining consistent brightness and color over time.

From Manufacturing to Installation
This project demonstrates Buoyant Sign’s end-to-end execution capability, from production to final installation.

Precision Manufacturing: Each letter was cut, welded, and polished with high accuracy to maintain the integrity of the BYD logo. 

Light diffusion panels were tested to ensure consistent illumination quality.
