The project began with the client’s concept design: a circular sign featuring custom lettering surrounding a detailed vintage graphic, 

with subtle lighting to highlight the logo. Our team translated this vision into a fully functional, production-ready sign,

The final sign mirrors the concept perfectly, with key enhancements to ensure real-world performance:

 A sleek, matte black circular housing that provides a bold, modern backdrop for the illuminated elements.

Raised, light blue 3D letters spelling the client’s custom name, each with crisp white backlighting to make the text pop against the dark background.

A precision-cut steam train silhouette at the center, showcasing intricate details while allowing light to shine through, creating a striking contrast effect.

 A continuous white halo backlight along the outer edge of the sign, adding depth and visibility, especially in low-light conditions.

Precision Engineering & Quality Craftsmanship
Every detail of the sign was carefully crafted to match the client’s vision while meeting our high standards for durability and performance:

Structural build: The sign features a sturdy metal frame, powder-coated in matte black to resist scratches, fading, and corrosion. 

The raised letters and central graphic are securely mounted, ensuring long-term stability.

Lighting performance: High-quality LED modules are integrated throughout the sign, providing even, 

consistent illumination for both the letters and the halo effect. The light is diffused to eliminate harsh hot spots, creating a soft, 

inviting glow that enhances the sign’s visibility at night.

Detail accuracy: Our production team worked closely with the client’s concept art to ensure the central graphic 

and letter placement were replicated exactly. Every cut, curve, and proportion matches the original design,
