Recently, BUOYANT completed production of a set of non-illuminated 3D custom letters for a client, 

featuring the brand name in two distinct tones: crisp white and vibrant blue. This project showcases our ability to translate brand

Two-Tone Design, Exquisite Craftsmanship

The client’s request centered on replicating their logo as 3D letters, with a split color scheme (white + blue) 

to align with their brand palette. BUOYANT’s team brought this vision to life using premium stainless steel, 

ensuring both visual consistency and long-term durability:

Material & Cutting: The letters were crafted from robust stainless steel, shaped via laser precision cutting 

to match the logo’s exact typography and proportions—every curve and edge was replicated with sharp, clean detail.

Finishing Processes: After cutting, each letter underwent meticulous sanding and polishing to smooth surfaces, 

then received custom baking paint treatments: one set coated in matte white, the other in a bold, fade-resistant blue. 

The final finish balances a sleek, modern look with resistance to scuffs and environmental wear.
