Stainless Steel Bending: High - quality stainless steel plates are selected and shaped into the main frame 

of the signage through high - precision bending technology. Each bending angle is strictly 

calibrated to ensure the flatness and stability of the overall structure, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes.

Surface Painting: A professional painting process is adopted to apply a uniform and delicate coating 

on the stainless steel surface. The painting not only enhances the visual texture of the signage 

but also improves its corrosion and wear resistance, ensuring it remains in a new state after long - term use.

Assembly of 3D Letters and Acrylic: The beveled 3D letters on the panel are meticulously crafted 

and precisely fitted with 10mm frosted acrylic plates. The frosted acrylic not only softens the brightness 

of the LED light source but also ensures uniform light diffusion, making the glowing effect of the 3D letters more sophisticated.
