All cut‑out handle cutouts, folding angles and bottom foot profiles are finished at this stage.
At this step, we get raw uncoated A‑frame blanks. Multiple units are stacked on pallets, waiting for surface treatment. 

No paint yet — this is the core metal skeleton that decides the whole sign’s rigidity and service life.

Professional Powder Coating Process
Raw metal blanks go into our spray booth for powder coating.
Our skilled operators hang each A‑frame part, and apply uniform powder coating. 

This coating delivers scratch resistance, anti‑rust performance and outdoor UV stability, 

critical for sidewalk signs exposed to rain and sun.
Full manual spraying ensures every corner, folded edge and handle opening gets even coverage, 

avoiding bare metal spots that cause early rust.

Finished Assembled A‑Frame Signs
After coating curing and assembly, batches of finished metal A‑frame sidewalk signs are completed.
These folding A‑boards are sturdy, foldable for easy transport & storage, with integrated hand cutouts for convenient carrying. 

Custom color options are supported to match brand identity.
All units are inspected before packing, ready for worldwide project orders & wholesale export.
