UV-resistant diffused acrylic. Precision CNC cutting, fine grinding, and edge polishing ensure soft, 

uniform illumination without dark spots or speckles. This advanced material prevents yellowing and maintains 

consistent light transmission over years of outdoor exposure.

Robust Structural Design

The letter shells are crafted from thickened galvanized steel plates. Automatic laser cutting, precise bending, 

seamless welding, and full-angle smoothing create strong, integrated structures. All welds receive secondary 

anti-rust treatment to prevent water penetration, oxidation, and deformation. A matte automotive-grade baking paint finish 

adds scratch resistance, fade protection, and long-term weather adaptability.

Advanced LED Integration

Inside each letter, low-voltage constant-current LED modules are arranged neatly and evenly. 

Every module undergoes a 48-hour aging test to ensure stable performance. Each letter is individually inspected 

and brightness-calibrated, guaranteeing uniform luminance with no color differences, dim spots, or flickering.

Precision Layout for Large-Scale Facades

For large-scale campus signage, overall horizontal alignment and typesetting standardization are applied. 

The height, spacing, and verticality of each letter are strictly controlled, delivering neat, symmetrical, and architecturally harmonious visual effects.

The entire production process—from material selection, structural fabrication, LED assembly, surface finishing,
