Project Overview
Buoyant Sign recently completed the manufacturing of custom 3D logo signage 

for West Midlands Railway in the United Kingdom. The project includes two distinct 

sets of stainless steel logo letters designed to enhance brand visibility across both 

exterior and interior environments, ensuring a consistent and professional corporate identity.

Design and Color Scheme
To meet the client’s branding requirements, the signage was developed in two configurations 

tailored to different architectural settings. The exterior building signage features 

large-scale 3D logo letters finished in a bright white and orange color combination, 

providing strong contrast and excellent visibility from a distance. For interior applications, 

the indoor wall logo sign adopts a black and orange color scheme, delivering a refined 

and modern appearance that integrates seamlessly with indoor spaces. 

Together, these designs create a cohesive brand experience across multiple environments.

Manufacturing and Craftsmanship
Both signage systems were fabricated using high-quality stainless steel, selected for its structural strength, 

corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. The manufacturing process integrated precision laser cutting, 

expert welding, meticulous polishing, and a uniform powder-coated finish to achieve accurate dimensions 

and a smooth, consistent surface.

The finished 3D letters feature clean edges, well-defined depth, and stable color tones, 

ensuring a premium architectural appearance. Although the signage is non-illuminated, 

its dimensional structure and high-contrast color combinations provide a strong visual impact, 

maintaining clear brand recognition in both indoor and outdoor settings.
