Buoyant is proud to announce the successful completion of a large-scale production order 

for a U.S. chain retail client. The project involved the manufacturing of 500 sets of 

stainless steel A-frame signs, each measuring 92 × 61 cm. Designed with a clean 

and minimalist appearance, the signs were delivered without printed logos, 

allowing the client maximum flexibility for in-store branding and messaging.

Each A-frame sign was crafted from high-quality stainless steel, 

ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability, 

suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. 

The production process incorporated several precision techniques:

Integrated Bending: A one-piece bending process enhances structural stability and eliminates the need for additional joints.

Fine Grinding and Polishing: Skilled technicians meticulously smoothed the edges and surfaces to achieve a refined finish and ensure user safety.

Powder Coating: A protective layer was applied to improve resistance to wear and environmental factors.
Baking Finish: The high-temperature baking process ensures uniform color adhesion and long-lasting surface quality.

These steps collectively guarantee a premium product that meets international quality standards.
